I have to get out of my self imposed mum uniform. I'm about a size 16-18, 5'3" hourglass type figure. I really need some jeans and decent tops (or any suggestions). Any tips for me as a curvy girl? I have little money but would be prepared to spend a bit more on quality.

I'm 5'2 and a size 12 hourglass and tbh jeans are far from my best look. If you can wait until the sales I would totally recommend trying to get yourself a plain black Anglomania dress - Westwood has a real way with fabric for curves and it will make you look much sleeker and emphasise your waist without making anything else look huge in comparison. Amazing.

Otherwise, I'd say try a denim pencil-type skirt and try Limited Collection in M&S for flattering scoop neck t-shirts.

Thanks, BG. I'll definitely check out M&S!
