this one is really comfy]]
and dress&pageSize=200 this one is cute but I think once seen never forgotten.
I'm size 10 with dark hair and pale skin, if that matters. Want to get a little throw-on dress for a couple of evenings out (meals with colleagues and friends) and something that will wear up for work in the summer.

They are both nice, the red one probably more for evenings out than work the stripey one is really cute but more of a day dress i think, get both!

Ooopsadaisy · 22/03/2011 18:55

I prefer the red one. I imagine it will suit your dark hair/pale skin combo.

If you were a larger size I would be reluctant to suggest it as you might look like a post box. As a size 10 I think it will look lovely.

collision · 22/03/2011 18:57

For those prices I would get both!!

pommedeterre · 22/03/2011 18:58

first one fits brief much better imo!

Sparkletastic · 22/03/2011 19:00

1st one much funkier. 2nd nice but more for work

Ooopsadaisy · 22/03/2011 19:10

What age are you, OP? (If I'm allowed to ask).

bigTillyMint · 22/03/2011 19:13

Love the 2nd one, but it's not really a work dress.

pink4ever · 22/03/2011 19:50

I bought a very similiar dp dress to the 1st one(but spots not stripes) amd dh said it made my arse look huuuuuuuuuuuuge(no he is not usually such a twunt just being brutally honest!). Think the red one is ok not wow.

mummynoseynora · 22/03/2011 19:51

I loveeeeeeeeee the stripy one!!!

phooey · 22/03/2011 19:52

I really like the first one, and if it's comfy you'll want to wear it so you'll get good cost per wear.

Not so keen on the red one - I do love red dresses but not the puffy sleeves, and it just looks poorly made IMO.

MrsMc82 · 22/03/2011 19:56

Love the red one, love puffy sleves think its gives a frock a bit of drama but is easy to hust chuck on......the stripey one would be good for work too but isn't as fabulous as the red one....

maryjane71 · 22/03/2011 20:04

I want the stripey one! Saw it in DPs last week. Agree with the others - get both. A girl can never have too many dresses Smile

MrsShrekTheThird · 22/03/2011 20:21

pmsl @ get both (also lol'd at "if you weren't size ten I'd say 'post box' ")
That may be a possibility but I've got to prioritise for now Grin

Stripes perhaps winning atm because of comfort and multipurpose. I'm 40 btw [ouch] but think I'm 30

pps I would love to have a huge looking arse. In fact much arse at all, ditto cleavage, so horizontal stripes may well be a winner Grin

teahouse · 22/03/2011 20:35

I love the first one - could be really dressed up and a twist on a total classic - very nice

maryjane71 · 22/03/2011 22:12

A small tip OP - don't bemoan having a tiny bum - most of us would kill for one Grin

MrsShrekTheThird · 22/03/2011 23:05

no bloody justice is there Grin
