Would you if wearing patent shoes match with a patent bag or a plain black bag ?

This is the dress I am wearing and I have found some black patent kitten heels shoes from Dorothy Perkins but do I match that with a black patent bag or just a plain black one ?

The event is a wedding a week on Wednesday, I was going to team the dress with a lime green cropped cardigan to match the ribbon belt.

I think the dress is lovely and the addition of the lime green belt makes it more stylish and elegant. imho go with the matching shoes and bag. Always best not to introduce too many shades and black can be difficult, so if the shoes and bag match, go with that. Have a wonderful time.
