I've always thought tan coloured accessories look nice with white dresses in the summer...

How about a pair of tan wedges like these?

or these with less of a heel?

Maybe something in a tan colour? White and tan are the epitome of summery-ness! Saw some gorgeous strappy tan wedges somewhere, but can't for the life of me remember where! Sorry...

Oh, I like the Next ones very much! Might pop into town tomorrow to see if I can find them. Also, if anybody could recommend some flat shoes, I'd be grateful. Not sure I would always wear high wedges.

For flats, how about these, these, these Birkenstock-ish type ones, and that's just at Next! Seen some good flats at H&M, Peacocks, River Island, and Zara.

Have you tried barefoot sandals? You can wear them on the beach, around the pool or just around the house (anywhere you would go barefoot) AND you can use them to snaz up a simple pair of shoes you already have and match with the dress...

These guys have some lovely ones. Depending on your style the pearl ones, the shell ones, or the crystal ones would look gorgeous.
