Shoes and bag to go with this dress for day wear (night suggestions welcome too!)

Hi,

I want to wear this dress to a nice lunch, what shoes and bag do you think. Also perhaps a cardi in case its cold, but not the one in the picture as I don't like it.

Style with opaques and black heels as per asos pic or bare legs and wedges with fushia toenails and maybe a nude/rose bag

(The belt is a bit horrid...would you consider swapping for a tan wide or skinny leather one?)

Any more suggestions please?
