Weirdly, the horizontal stripes don't make me look fat.

The horizontal stripes thingy is a myth. They actually make you look slimmer.

I really like it. But then, I'm addicted to Breton tops.

I have black legging or grey leggings and grey converse.They also sold me this, and a long sleeved T-shirt in the same colour to wear underneath. I haven't tried them all together yet.

I just wanted some tunics to cover my belly and bum while watching kids swimming lessons, etc.

I love it! I really like breton stripes too. I think that thing about horizontal stripes is true as I have a tunic top similar to yours and it is v. flattering.

I can see it with a jaunty red neckscarf. In a good way.

Nothing wrong with that at all, good failsafe schoolrun top. Wouldn't wear it to a special night out or a job interview, but every other day it would be fine.

Love the colour of that scarf. The top is nice on its own but will look fab with the scarf and top.

Seriously, though, it's quite nice. Not world-changing but ... good and a decent price. Are the pockets OK or do they accentuate hips?

Good basic top. I have a figure hugging long breton top from last year, it is actually flattering. I often wear a crisp white long sleeve tee top underneath. Also store up mustard and red mad scarves. They make you feel cheerful on a gloomy old day. Bonjour baby.

If you are over 40 keep, under 40 send back. I am 33 and would not choose that due to the neckline and dull colour. If it were navy/white maybe, but the grey is too meh for me. Lamb as mutton if you are 25
