There were some lovely dresses on that link....but the Fairisle shirt dress wasn't one of them. Sorry but I think it's v old fashioned and not in a good way.

I saw that dress somewhere too... I think it's gorgeous.

It really depends on whether you've got the sort of look and body shape to pull it off. I think it will look frumpy on most people.

It is very beautiful silk and well cut and looks great.
But I had to put it down as, on me, it looks like a 50s housecoat.

You have to be able to wear it. It was in vogue and elle and looks great on skinny models

I really like the current Hobbs NW3 range - perhaps some I like even better than that, but it could look good, depending on your body shape, etc

That's funny Pagwatch. Last night, I started typing in that it looks like the sort of housecoat my nana used to wear - but then I deleted it as I thought I was being too mean! I looked at the Fly one irl today and it is gorgeous.

I don't like it, don't think it looks summery enough to wear with flip flops, specially if you need to put a long sleeve top under it.
