What shall I wear?

I am going to my cousin's wedding in late April. It is being held in a hotel at 4.30pm and there is a reception afterwards.
I have absolutely no idea what to wear and thought that maybe all you fashion experts could give me some help. I think I want a dress but could be persuaded otherwise.
About me - I am 63, slim build, small busted and a size 8 or 10 depending on item of clothing and make.
Suggestions please!!

phase 8 have some lovely dresses, the structured understated shift style dresses are really elegant for example wear with a smart little jacket or bolero cardi

hobbs do too - I like the Atlantic Dress especially.
