Saw loads of Dr Organics in Holland & Barrett and with their offer of second item for 1p I thought I might give some a go, but would love some input as am trying to go more natural !!

Here is the website:

They look OK - I've not used them but they are paraben and sodium Lauryl sulfate (SLS) free. whihc are the 2 main 'nasties' I always try and avoid.

Give em a go!

I use the rose otto bath oil -- half the price of the REN one and just as good. Also the aloe vera gel (sometimes as a hair gel as I do the curly girl method) The rose body cream is nice but no great shakes but it smells lovely.

I've tried ALL body creams, high end and low end and always now use an argan/almond/nut oil, e45 and eucerin 10 pct urea in the winter.

Another yes for the rose bath oil. Haven't tried the others.

I have some of their shampoo and conditioner that I bought in Holland and Barrett for an extorionate £10 for the two - missed that offer!

I think it's ok but my Green people shampoo is better.

They are selling snail gel (for skin repair)

Can't get more natural than that I guess.

I just bought some of their manuka honey moisturiser yesterday as I wanted to try some more ethical products... seems to be very nice so far but obviously I haven't had long to test it out! I like that it's not full of nasties - the ingredients list is mostly things you've heard of before.

Thanks for the replies guys Smile

I am tempted to try the Manuka Honey cream and bath oil, guess with an offer like that it is worth a go !!

I've used the rose cleanser, toner, moisturiser and night cream. Found them quite harsh, made my skin really red and hot.

I really like the Manuka honey face cream now I've been using it for a couple of days, actually - it leaves my skin feeling really smooth and isn't greasy at all. It also soaks in quickly so I don't have to sit around for hours before I put my make-up on!

Bit annoyed, I brought the aloe Vera shampoo and conditioner because it was the only ones that didn't have protein listed on their ingredients. After buying and then reading about it the conditioner does contain protein!!! Annoyed....
