Posho daytime awards, outfit needed!

Don't want to buy anything...am thinking either:

White masculine shirt
Black jacket sleeves rucked up
Black leather skinnies
Black high shoe boots
Minimal make up and glossy (hopefully) hair

Or

Black leggings
Same black boots
Poss hair up to show dress neckline

Any advice welcome, I am rarely out of my jeans so a bit lost.

I love the second option. The first one sounds a bit butch.

Don't like that dress, sorry. Unless you are very tall, very slim and norkless it looks as if it could have somewhat of a 'weeble' effect.

But leather skinnies aren't appealing to me either so I'd probably say the dress - but no to leggings.
