I finally get the accessorizing thing!

I bought a dress today in the zara sale. a floral maxi dress that is too long for me. I also got a brown belt that fastens at the back. got home, tried on the dress with the belt that came with it and it looked dreadful. tried it with my new belt and it totally changed it. put on my wooden beads and bracelet and it looks fab!

I am a pleb for getting to 33 and only just realising this. I apologise to my sister for laughing at her when she talks about "styling up"

Sounds lovely . I definately think a brown leather belt can add a slight edge to a summer dresss/cardy.

I am trying to get by this year by buying accessories rather than new clothes. I get bored easily with the same stuff.

i look silly in scarves. I can wear wooly ones, but thats it!

lol, i doubt it. some women just look pulled together. my lil sis is a merchandiser and always looks funky and well-groomed. i however, tend to look like a slovenly troll.
