Boden returns - anyone having problems with them "forgetting"

I don't normally check as they are mostly very good with timing etc. but I've had 2 orders that I've had to ask where the refund is this/last month.
On the email it says they've been received on the date of the phone call but it was actually 3/4 weeks previously.

I'm not moaning, just saying check your processing!

I had to ring up about an item yesterday. Normally they are pretty quick but this time it had been nearly 3 weeks. She said there was an item showing on my account as 'outstanding' - apparently they had received it back but nothing had been done with it. She said she would do the refund there and then. Sure enough, when I later checked my email account, there was confirmation that the refund had been done for the item. Defintely worth checking!
