Warehouse or FC dress?

Hi ladies
Am after a dress for going out for our anniversary in a couple of weeks.Hunted loads of shop and the only ones I liked were one from Warehouse(sorry dont do links!). Its the digital print wrap dress.Says on website its black and white but in the shop it looks navy.
The other dress is the black renoir jersey dress from French connection. But dont know if it is too meh?.
Advise please(also how to accessorise?).Budget £100 max.

Personally I don't like the warehouse one - too dinner lady! The black FC one is very chic and looks like it would flatter...I would go for hair up nude patent heels and hair in a messy up-do (if yours is long) with long earrings nude lipstick and smoky eye make up. A black or beige mac would be a great cover up...

Thanks for the suggestions fox! Cant do bare legs though with the nude shoes as have v bad varicose veins(yuk). So would prefer to wear opaques. Would black tights and shoes with the fc dress look to funeral?.

Do you like this navy sheer sleeves one or this lace one or this spotted one? Any of those would look v. nice with black opaques and black patent heels?

I've had a really bad run with FC clothes recently. I bought load there last year and they have all either gone badly out of shape after washing or have had button etc fall off. I'm now avoiding FC destite the fact that I love their clothes.

I think all of those dresses are lovely fox-but not on me! Anything high necked makes me look 2 sizes bigger!.Am going to go and try a couple of things on in rl and see what looks best.
