Christening gowns/dresses

Has anyone seen any nice dresses for a christening?

My twin daughters are getting christened soon, I want to buy 2 similar dresses.

Any help gratefully received Smile

Btw they were early babies so although they'll be 5 months, they are still in 0-3 month size.

I'm assuming you want proper Christening dresses as opposed to just a cute dress? If so I saw some nice ones in John Lewis the other day.

I think Next do a little range aswell.

I'm not normally a next fan, but I got my DD's christening dress there. Gorgeous and really reasonably priced.

It is worth taking a look at www.theoccasionroom.com as they have some really nice dresses & gowns which for the winter can have long sleeves although some of the photo's shown them with short ones, it is worth calling as there is always more available than what is shown on the website. The owner is really helpful.

if Traditional Smocked Dresses are your thing these are gorgeous

here they don't have many sizes left in their Christening section but if you're looking for a pretty non-Christening dress then there are some other lovely ones, ie, the "pleat bodice" dress.
