I am looking for some new bras and can't get to the shops. Am prepared to order a few to try on at home.

I am a 34 F and like the smoothness of tshirt bras but need a bit of padding/lift as the tp of my boobs are totally empty Sad (eaten away by dd Grin).

I've been wearing Freya tshirt ones but they don't wash that well and look a bit washed out quite quickly.

Any suggestions?

TIA

Bravissimo. That kind of scaffolding can re-shape almost anything!

Gingefringe · 10/03/2011 15:37

Debenhams do a good range of Freya and Fantasie ones - I love the plunge moulded bras. I am 34FF and they give a lot of support and a very smooth shape (although they look absolutely massive on the washing line!!)

I think I have a moulded Freya plunge. I'll have a look at debenhams on line.

Wendi any particular Bravissimo bra?

The fantasie t-shirt bra is very good - it has moulded cups so gives you a very good shape - i too have that empty-ness at the top - I'm a 34E.

this one

monkeysmama · 10/03/2011 15:50

Thanks DayV I will order and try one. Glad I'm not the only one with empty boobs. When I was measured again recently the woman looked very sorry for me and said "there is nothing I can do about that top bit" Shock.

Any other suggestions?

Not quite sure what size I am these days but I used to be 34F before baby and I like the Fantasie t shirt bras best, they do moulded cup seamless ones which give a bit of lift, and they come in different colours (always boring black, white beige but at least one other colour usually available). Bravissimo sells them, and I think Debenhams, John Lewis, House of Fraser do too.

stinkyfluffycat · 10/03/2011 15:54

Yes, the bra that DayV is talking about (sorry, new and haven't figured out how to do links yet).
I too wish I could squeeze some of the bottom of my boobs back into the top..

brimfull · 10/03/2011 15:56

I have tried that bra and iirc it comes up a bit big on the cup size. It may say that on the bravissimo site..or I may be mixing it up with the non mouldedd one.

monkeysmama · 10/03/2011 15:57

Did you like it ggirl? What do you wear?

you can also try Fantasie Anna bra - I don't like the stiffness of moulded ones, this one gives lift and shape without the padding.

brimfull · 10/03/2011 16:08

No I prefer non moulded bras . I wear fantasie Helena balcony bra.

I find the fantasie smooth t-shirt bra not uplifting enough , I am ff cup.Sort of flattens me.

I have empty topped DD boobs and love Panache Superbra's ( the tshirt ones especially ).

DayVLately · 10/03/2011 16:31

generally a balconette style will give you a bit more lift as well - all my other bra's tend to be that style.
