Never had this done before but am tired of getting the waxing all the time and over time I think it will work out more effective...

Anyway my question is for anyone who has had it done, where will they do it, just the edges / top or underneath etc??

Its a little difficult to know and I need to prep for my first session.

They will pretty much do wherever you want. The extent of the area will probably have a bearing on what they charge. They will take off the whole lot including your bum crack if you want. Be warned though, it hurts like fuck! Don't go around the time of your period as your pain threshold will be lower and take a couple of pain killers about half an hour before your appointment. The second time hurts less but still OUCH!

It would be a good idea to speak to the salon and find out what they prefer. Mine prefers you to shave the area completely, but some prefer short stubble.

It does grow back slowly over time. But it does mean a couple of years of not waxing at all :-) And Kittens is right - they will go anywhere you ask. It does hurt like hell. Paracetomol or nurofen before helps. You can also get a cream from them that numbs the skin, but clingfilm is involved.

thanks. There seems like there is never any gain without some kind of pain! A few years of no waxing sounds wonderful to me. How many treatments do you generally need, I've booked 6.
