anyone fancy finding me a linen jacket?

I'm looking for a linen one because I need the fabric to be light and fluid rather than stiff IYSWIM?

It needs to be single breasted, ideally with the button lower than my boobs, so almost waist point. Or waist point even better to pull me in (hour glass)

It needs to be finishing higher than my widest point on hips, but low enough to cover the sometimes unavoidable muffin!

The colour needs to be one of my neutral colours which is navy or grey. I need strength of colour as I am a CMB 'Deep and cool and clear' or put simply a 'winter'

So strong, jewel like colours suit me.

I've found this a real challenge at the moment. Maybe it's still early?

Oh yeah, if it's in a petite range then even better!! My budget will for the right one will go up to £80 as it's going to be a staple and hopefully a classic.

You will have my eternal thanks!! Smile

nice but too 'suity'?

I've been on this quest for weeks, this is the latest find I want to try on jigsaw- though if it has an interesting back detail as stated why isn't there a picture of the back view?

Thanks for your suggestions, but all of the grey ones would wash me out, they are too pale. I need a strong grey to work with my colouring.

Shame about the navy Kew one, with the buttons being too high (not great for hour glass shape and boobs!) I did order the Fenn one, but it was more of an evening jacket and very stiff!!

Sorry, I didn't say that I would be wearing it with jeans (my staple!!) so yeah, not too suity!

Walking through M&S today I saw a navy Per Una one, bloody awful! It had puffed sleeves, not sure they are for me.
