I have been using the Maybelline falsies stuff, and it's rubbish.

Can you please recommend good mascaras that make my lashes like those on a camel, and which doesn't flake so I don't get panda eyes?

Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof. Doesn't flake or smudge (my eyes water when I first go out in the daylight).

BulletWithAName · 09/03/2011 12:06

Maybelline Pulse Perfection is fab. It's £15 in stores but you can get it on eBay for a fiver.

soppypreggyloon · 09/03/2011 12:15

I've just got max factor masterpiece after a recommendation on here.

Doesn't clump and only flakes a teeny little bit if I've put too much eye cream on. Even with my watery tired eyes it doesn't smudge or run.

:)

Blinc. I love it and it's the only one I've found which doesn't budge at all.

BerryLellowFluffyChicks · 09/03/2011 12:20

I still love Lancome Hypnose

ruddynorah · 09/03/2011 12:25

The new curly lashes one by no7. As good as the lash perm I normally get.

Gingefringe · 09/03/2011 13:47

Just bought a new Clarins mascara which I absolutely love - called 'Wonder Perfect' in black - it curls and thickens without any clumping and is easy to remove.

My new favourite product.

Tried the Blic but a pain to remove and felt like my lashes were falling out when you took it off!!

sparkle1977 · 09/03/2011 13:50

I always keep returning to Maybelline Define-a-Lash which I love.

berri · 09/03/2011 14:11

Estee Lauder Magnascopic.

pink4ever · 09/03/2011 14:32

Loreal Lash architect.Wa seduced into buying the 2 in 1 one(with the white stuff you put on first) but is no where near as good). I have very fair, sparse lashes and his makes them look long and lush.

IslaValargeone · 09/03/2011 17:27

Somebody bought me lash stiletto by Maybelline which is good.

moragbellingham · 09/03/2011 17:34

I love Max Factor masterpiece (no smudging at all) but have recently discovered their lash extension mascara. Gives a more defined, daytime look kinda thing.

valiumredhead · 09/03/2011 17:40

No 7 waterproof. I stopped using Max Factor Masterpiece.

knitknack · 09/03/2011 17:42

Max factor lash extension - it's amazing!

Maiidamess · 09/03/2011 17:44

I have read good things about Becca The Ultimate 'Tubing' mascara that you wash off with water, its little tubes that go on your lashes and it doesnt flake or smudge at all apparently

iamabadger · 09/03/2011 17:54

L'oreal Million Lashes is great.

MollieO · 09/03/2011 18:07

Becca sounds exactly the same as Blinc. Can highly recommend Blinc.

BitOfFun · 09/03/2011 18:08

YSL Faux Cils. You will never look back.

BelligerentGhoul · 09/03/2011 18:09

Lancome - I use their most natural looking one but some of their others look as if they give v full-on effect.

GetOrfMoiLand · 09/03/2011 18:14

Lancome Hypnose. I cannot stand the falsh lash effect, and just want black lashes, and this stuff is very nice. You could probably get the full Make Up Counter Assistant effect if you put on a million coats. Plus it doesn't flake or anything (bonius if you wear contacts) or give you panda eyes if you rub your eyes a lot.

lololizzy · 09/03/2011 23:15

Kanebo, if you put more than one layer on. Does not budge. even Blinc shifted on me , ended up with little tubes all over my cheeks.

carciofi · 10/03/2011 09:54

I also like Lancome Hypnose.

AbsDuCroissant · 10/03/2011 11:16

"You could probably get the full Make Up Counter Assistant effect if you put on a million coats." Fnar

I will head off to boots with this list and try and figure out which is best.

Thanks for the suggestions!

I love Dior Diorshow in black waterproof. It doesn't smudge and is the best I've used. Worth the money.
