where to get second hand handbags?

hello everyone

since I gave birth 8 weeks ago I'm very unstylish! So I was thinking of accessorising to the max as I am too fat for all my clothes at the moment. I really want to swap my horrid change bag for a Louis Vuitton tote and was looking on ebay for one. Then I got an email from ebay saying it was a fraudulent item and all bids had been removed Shock

So now I'm too scared to go on again! Does anyone know anywhere reputable to get nice second hand designer handbags? I'm in London.

thanks!

You need to get to know some REPUTABLE dress agencies in affluent areas (note the emphasis on REPUTABLE - most of them aren't!)

Rich women or women in the public eye sell the previous season's clothes and bags through them, so we mere civilians can have them a year or two late.

Can I be snotty for a moment, though? Whenever I see anything LV, I assume it's a fake. In the UK, its brand semiotics are not good.

If the look you want is 'polished yummy mummy', I'd be advising Tod's - fairly light, good practical sizes, and minimal branding, but undoubtedly luxurious.

Lovehandbags.com is good. You pay a premium but you know they are genuine. Wmexcekkent service too

I agree entirely about LV handbags thomas but for some reason I think the totes are acceptable! I love Tod's, too. But what do you mean by dress agencies?

thanks puravida!
