ok so my boobs have finally settled down after 2 and a half years of being pregnant and BFing. they have decided to go for the 'empty sack' look Sad. is there anything i can do that will lift/firm them up.

depends how empty they are/ how big they are. only a surgeon can tell you.

Peter Butler/ Patrick Mallucci at LPSA - fab!

give them time, I prolong breastfed and they are now much, much fuller (5 years or so on tho', sorry)

Sleepwhenidie · 08/03/2011 20:32

I am seriously considering a"natural" boob job, where they suck fat from your bum/thighs/tummy and use it to boost your boobs. Sounds too good to be true doesn't it! Which is why I am suspicious....Hmm

BooyFuckingHoo · 08/03/2011 20:33

really? i have measured myself without a bra on and i am getting 34D. not sure if that is accurate tho. they aren't completely empty/flat but not quite right either. i dont want them any bigger, just back up somewhere near where they used to be.

A medium sized implant would lift them a little give you the volume you once had.

Are you in London?

BooyFuckingHoo · 08/03/2011 20:39

no, in northern ireland and i couldn't get surgery anyway. i was thinking more like excercises or something i could do.

I'm probably wrong, but I didn't think exercise could increase breasts as it's tissue, not muscle. I guess a padded bra may be the only way forward (if surgery isn't an option).

after about a year ya got what ya got

you just need a decent bra and loads of chutzpa
you have squids love your saggy old baggies

mine look like cricket balls in net bags

BooyFuckingHoo · 08/03/2011 20:59

squids? Confused

Exercise can help quite a lot, although only up to a point...you need to do plenty of chest presses (with weights, but you should do other weight training with this to balance everything up!). Swimming is also great for strengthening pecs and boxing training would be good. Then invest in some lovely cleavage boosting bras with a bit of padding if necessary Grin.

Sleepwhenidie · 09/03/2011 13:07

oh - carat - the exercise doesn't increase your breasts, you are right, they are fatty tissue, but by building up and toning the underlying pectoral muscles your boobs should look perkier.
