converse - high tops or pump style?

got the pump style ones last year for my boys but am tempted to get the high tops, are they a nightmare to put on kids feet? ds's are 4 & 3yr. thanx

Mine both have a high instep and I found them hard to get on.

smartest - DS has high instep and I have never had a problem! infact always find them most frgiving with being canvas and lace ups!

i find them a pain compared to the lo's tbh.
