Ecco Wedges - yay or nay?

Please can you give me your honest opinions on these Ecco wedges?

I'm hoping they will be fairly comfortable for the summer (being wedges & Ecco - which I associate with comfort?) and could go with skirts and trousers.

Am I kidding myself?

They are actually better than I thought they would be, seeing the name Ecco!

Quite comfy I would say, if you are used to heels/wedges?

I don't like the metal thing on the wedge

IMHO they "look" pretty good - but the heel is too high - with a wedge I think you need more lift under the toe so that you don't loose height but you do have a shallower more comfy shoe - these look like they might be the worst of both worlds - not very comfy and labelled Ecco (which is not a bad thing in itself - I have Eccos for work but they are a definate comfort choice). If you are looking for comfort AND cool, check out FLY LONDON wedges on amazon.

Hmmn - yes I didn't really think about the metal badge.
littlejobbie - thanks will take a look at Fly London now

They are a tad dull, but perfectly acceptable for everyday comfy wear. Certainly not hideous anyway!

I'm with Faustina - what a shame they have that metal plate on the side. Not because it says Ecco but because I just hate obvious branding whatever the brand!
