would neoprene lined hunters be any different/better than normal ones??

warmer? have just bought neoprene toggi wanderer which are really warm and loads cheaper. have heard reports that quality of hunters not so good now they are made in china. depends if you want brand name specifically or performance.

they are warmer.I have the regular ones though.I also think that the Aigle neoprene one may well be better than Hunters.Muck boots are also much warmer than bog standard wellies without the massive price difference.
