lisa eldridge the queen of makeup recommends the clinique one
it's very good -called airbrush

WhatsWrongWithYou · 01/03/2011 22:52

I use Benefit Erase Paste - can't use clinique or Touche Eclat, but the Benefit one does the trick.

moondog · 01/03/2011 22:53

Bobbi Brown.
Magic.

No 7 Instant Radiance Concealer is great. Have been using it for ages and is reasonable at £13.50 (lasts ages). I've never used one of the £££££ ones so can't compare but I am completely happy with this.

twolittlemonkeys · 01/03/2011 22:54

I find Touche Eclat quite good, but it's too pricey for me to replace the one I currently have which was a present. Body Shop do a reasonable Touche Eclat imitation, forget what it's called now, but it's about half the price!

Bare Escentuals Bisque. It hides my dark circles brilliantly and redness on my face too. It's the best one I've used and lasts for ages Smile

IHeartKingThistle · 02/03/2011 01:03

Was going to post the same as Lola. Smile

pissedrightoff · 02/03/2011 01:03

I'll second erase paste for coverage but with a cheeky helping of the collection 2000 touch eclat imitation (seriously, it's just as good as all the others i've tried and only about £6)

Oh panda eyes is my 'thang'. So, after many many many attempts, my fool-proof guide is thus:

Benefit Lemonaid (actually an eyeshadow base) just a teeny bit, blend well.

Then YSL Touche Eclat over the top, to give radiance & finally cover the tiredness.

The No7 is OK, L'oreal is not!, but YSL lasts ages (especially in conjunction with Lemonaid) and I figure it makes such a difference to how tired I (don't now) look, it's worth every sodding penny. I buy one of each & it lasts a year - and boosts my confidence daily :)

Vichy Dermablend SPF20 (I think). Comes in a stick. Lasts forever. It's not heavy.....just very effective and you only need a little. Non drying and light formulation. Brilliant, in my opinion. About £20, I think I paid.

It's billed as a foundation but, I use a pale one and it outclasses Clinique and Bobbi Brown, for me.

womma · 02/03/2011 13:12

Bourjois healthy mix is really good and cheaper than most.

twoboots · 02/03/2011 19:08

ultra cheap and worth a try
I wasn't aware until recently that highlighter work best applied to the edge of the circle. Optical illusion baby!

schroeder · 02/03/2011 19:18

Womma beat me to it; Bourjois healthy mix gets my vote.
Am a concealer expert have worn it since I was 11Shock if ever I forget people always ask if I've got a black eye?

Fluffycloudland77 · 02/03/2011 20:24

Aldi touché éclat version works for me. And I bought ysl for years when it first came out.

PommePoire · 02/03/2011 20:33

Bobbi Brown.

Laura Mercier (the concealer not secret camouflage which isn't for under eyes.)

DonaAna · 03/03/2011 16:44

Just tried a free sample of Diorskin Nude concealer (ask nicely at the counter and they will pour one for you, too) and it's pretty great - very fluid and pigment-rich. I look like a panda without makeup and have had dark circles since I was 17, and this product is a revelation. I have very pale skin so getting a good color match is difficult, many concealers are too dark but Dior's lightest shade is great. I'm starting to get under-eye crow's feet and the Dior stuff won't get eggshell like and cakey - I've been wearing it for 12 hours and it still looks immaculate.

Touche eclat does nothing for me BTW - just looks odd in photos.
