Dungarees for boys aged 2 - anyone know where I can find them?

I am trying, without success, to find some dungarees for the 2-3year age range for DS2. DS1 had loads, but ruined them in the knees so they were thrown out.

Now we are looking for DS2 and can't find them anywhere. I thought Next would have loads but there was nothing at all over the baby age ranges. I can't seem to find much online either.

DOes anyone have any ideas where I might be able to get some? Can't afford to pay too much either!

Thanks Smile

John Lewis. I would do you a link but have to dash - I have recently ordered two pairs on line for DS who is two, and they are lovely: one navy cord and one sky blue.

vertbaudet have quite a few that go up to 3y.

debenhams

not sure there would be too many about for that size as they are difficult for a child to manage when they are potty trained.

Mothercare always used to have dungarees.

MIL is obsessed with them, DS had loads!

I LOVE dunhgarees! Evbay best bet really - DS now in 3/4 and that is even harder!

Next have some in this year but you need to look in boys section - baby section doesn't go that big!

Mothercare do them occasionally too and their 2/3 fits my slim 3 and a half year old

Vertbaudet 2/3 are bit small ish and John lewis ones are lovely bit If I remember correctly they have poppers between legs which i find very annoying on anything other than a small baby!

Gap dungarees can be nice - again look on ebay

My DS can manage them just fine - he has always worn them and likes them so was keen how to learn to do them up himself Smile

www.boden.co.uk/en-GB/Baby-Trousers-Jeans.html#nav

With a code might be able to get them for a decent price?

maxybrown · 27/02/2011 09:32

They aren't very good the Boden ones Sad I always got Boden dungarees as fab fab fab usually, but bought both these for DS and just sent both back, really odd fit!

Thanks, I have been into Next but couldn't find any at all over 12 months! Will look a bit harder online. I hadn't thought of ebay, good idea!

boots normally have some in. they used to do them up to age 5-6

I have a few gap pairs in age 3, don't know if they still do them tho

have a look on ebay tho, you're bound to find some

BeattieBow · 27/02/2011 21:49

I think H&M have some in - saw some in there last week.

also Gap often have these - have you looked there? (not cheap there though).

maxybrown · 27/02/2011 22:22

Kirsty - Next have 2 pairs on line but one says not available to buy online - I have one of the sets with the monkey on the pocket, they are cute and true to size (I had some from Christmas time Next and they ran small) they also have a short dungaree pair too

here here

and here the unavailable online ones!

Yes H&M do them occasionally - mainly in the baby section again though but have had a few pairs off ebay in bigger sizes from there.

Can you tell I have also searched high and low? Grin still do as love them!
