Yes serum then moisturise. I think the moisteriser 1st would stop the serum penetrating the skin enough to doits job.

Probably talking bollox though Grin

I was told to let the serum sink in first and then apply moisturiser but I don't know why it matters.

serum first, then moisturise. Presumably the serum is more intense so needs to be put on to skin first to prep?

Generally if I am using both I apply serum then brush teeth before applying moisturiser to give it time to settle into my skin.

today i moisturised and then put serum on and my skin feels nice, yesterday i used serum first and then moisturised, my skin felt tacky all day, as though the moisturiser couldn't sink in. - both days i was make up free.

Are the products from the same range? If not, they may not be compatible. If they are from the same range then I would raise it with the company.

Serum first.....you want those active ingredients right next to your skin! Then moisturiser to seal in and well, give added plumpness!

I'm with you Miche. Whenever I've used a serum it's made my skin go sticky and then I get spots. Serums just are not for me
