Boden returns with £10 voucher?

Bought about £90 worth of stuff with my £10 voucher, so paid £80.

Two things were tops from the clearance section and I don't like them. Have free returns, but does anyone know if I will get the full value, a percentage based on the £10 discount, or do they take the tenner off first before giving actual money as refund?

I think the £10 wasn't valid against sale purchses so you should get back exactly what you paid

I have returned an item, so waiting to see if they refund the full amount or not.

Ah yes .... Oooooh what a bargain (cue sniggering by DP) ... er, maybe not. Though my only two pairs of jeans were in the sale at a bargainous price of £19 !!!!! {grin]
Oh hang on, just checked the very small print on my (as yet unused) voucher ... and it only says cannot be used at Town Hall clearance sales, but their website says
