I really feel shamed after reading your thread. Im first time mum dd is 6 months, i i used to be size 10-12 and now im size 16. I put weight on last 2 months of my pregnancy and i haven`t had a hair cut for over 8 months, i have never been manicure or pedicure.
For me you sound really great, you just need self confidence, If im like this with one baby, what will it be like with 4. Im really really think you are doing great and you only need some nice finishing touch, haircut, new wwardrobe, and put your head up.
Good luck

Hi I am new on here. I have some suggestions you may want to here. First of all dont weigh yourself again. If u are dieting you will lose the most weight in the first week and then if you dont lose as much weight in the 2nd and 3rd week you will feel down. Wait 2 months b4 u weigh again.Your body retains water when you start dieting dieting or exercising and it takes 2 months I beieve to even itself out.
Pamaper yourself. When all the kids are in bed run a bath put some candles and start at your feet,, pedicure, shave/wax legs, body lotion all over, pluck eyebrows, face mask etc. Know exactly what you want done to your hair b4 you go to the hairdressers, find some pictures etc. Look at the clothes you wear and try to take some hints from trinny and susannah about the cut of your trousers etc. In vest in a good bra.One that fits you properly it makes all the difference. Finally any decent man wouldnt care less what you looked like. Men like women that are confident about themselves with a few curves, something they can grab hold of!!! Good Luck.
