Help me accessorise this dress please

I have just received this dress to wear to a wedding of which I will be at all day and 33 weeks pg. The wedding is in May and I need some accessories advice please :)

I am 5ft6, 34 Eish bra with twiggy arms and upper half.

Bra- what bra? Do I bother? I really worry about looking squished in the dress.

Cardie or Shrug- this is where I really need help.

These are the shoes I am most likely to buy

Unless you can think of anything better?
I would like sandals/flipflops.

I was thinking of a gold clutch?

Please help. I am clueless.

I don't want to spend too much either please...I know I don't ask for much!

Purple flowers or similar for your hair.

I look anemic too - I look dreadful in pastel colours. Silver and grey look fine.
