I am wanting to start a Jewellery Design business for myself and am in the process of putting my business plan together, and part of this is putting together a survey - I know lots of fun

Done. Agree you should have a £500 plus option. Also perhaps multiple choices on where you buy - I buy from High Street and Internet for example.
