Can you still buy them in the UK does anyone know?

Used to get them on eBay but there doesn't appear to be as many/any these days. Think amazon has stopped selling them too.

TIA

I've always got mine on ebay from the US - never had any problems with delivery

geordieminx · 22/02/2011 13:31

Cool, will try that then.

I really rate them, I have nice teeth but they look so much better when they are sparkly

Which ones do you get Geordie?

There are quite a few on eBay from USA sellers. I am going to give them a try but not sure which ones are thebest.

LadyBiscuit · 22/02/2011 15:57

I think the ones I've used are called Crest Professional. Have no idea if they're better than the standard ones. They really do work at whitening teeth (especially if you drink as much Brew and Wine as I do!)

eBay from the US - get the 3D ones as they are the best!
It would be cheaper for you to get the moulds and gel from the dentist you know, by the time you have bought the strips a few times!

geordieminx · 22/02/2011 17:22

I think it was the professional ones that I got last time, about 2 weeks worth cost £30, used them in the run up to my wedding which was oct 09, so they do last a while, and much cheaper than my dentist who charges £250+

They now do professional 3D and also the toothpaste to go with it. I accidentally threw my moulds out last year and need to get new ones made Sad

MappandLucia · 22/02/2011 19:19

We're going to US soon so I think I'll buy these.

How long do you wear them for?

geordieminx · 22/02/2011 20:41

The strips you put them on top and bottom for about 20 mins IIRC?

Did it every night for a week-10 days?

I want to get some of these, I have a question for geordie as you have ued them before... if you don't mind... my teeth are really uneven, especially on the bottom, would the strips work do you think? Would they stick to snaggly teeth?!

geordieminx · 22/02/2011 21:40

I think they would be fine, they are just like strips of Sellotape, but they aren't sticky, you fold them over the tops of your teeth if that makes sense?

Brilliant, thanks geordie I am going to give it a go - has to be worth trying that before shelling out 350 euros at my local dentist Hmm

I still buy crest strips from whiteningbooth.com. I know some of the older brands have been discontinued - but they now have a new range which works just as well :)

I've found the link www.whiteningbooth.com/teeth-whitening-kits/crest-whitening-strips
