Have been plagued by these for ages - various magazine articles I've read suggest not shaving (so I stopped shaving), exfoliating regularly (tried that) and rich using moisturisers (tried, most make things worse). Does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of the pesky things?

is it keratosis pilaris?

folk have had success with products like lactic acid and taking a supplement but I can't remember what and search ain't working for me tonight

I'd say go to the GP, as there might be some infection in the skin. I had mild folliculitis once on my legs and some antibiotic/steroid cream sorted it pronto.

thanks, I'll have a look into both of those possibilities Smile
