What do you think to this leather jacket?

Hello, I hope the link works, I have wanted a leather jacket for ages and ages and have found this one at next, the back of it has a gathered seam type thing at shoulder blade height. I thought it looked a bit strange but actually on the photo of the girl it looks quite normal. What do you think? Obviously don't want to spend loads of money and then not be too sure.

looks nicer off the model than on! Looks a bit shapeless on her. I like it though.

I think it looks nice but think Next do photograph stuff well but suspect the leather/fit won't be great.

I like it too. You'd probably get a lot of wear out of it.

Zara have some not dissimilar in store at the moment, one in a peachy nude and one in black, with a bit of quilted detail. Lovely.

It arrived today, it fits me which is great because sometimes fitted jackets can be tight around the chest on me. I do think I would get loads of use from it, I was just unsure about the back but looking at the picture of the back it looks ok.

I would buy the Marc Jacobs ones from TK Maxx at £129 if I was you instead. The leather is amazing and of course, the quality is great.

op i like yours, but it's a bit too girly for me, i do like the tk max one it's fab.

Next do seem to change that don't they as you did used to get 14 days then they changed it to 10 and now obviously have changed it again. Probably making lots of money from late fees!

Thanks for the Michael Kors link, blimey TKMaxx are getting posh, I do like those but I don't want pockets on the front due to my extra padding in that area!! I think i will keep the next one and hide it at the back of my wardrobe look forward to wearing it soon thank you ladies x

What's the leather like on the Next one? Saw this in Gap the other day and drooled, the leather is sooooooo soft and buttery. Really simple and flattering when on (and I am a shapeless heifer right now).

Now if only I wasn't skint.

ooh the Gap one looks lovely, the Next one is nice leather but certainly not buttery, I know what you mean when you say that, the leather is quite thick but I didn't get that strong leather smell which i do like. Probably with it being quite thick it would be more practical for me. It looks just how i'd like it to on, which is more than can be said for a lot of fitted non-stretch type jackets.
