Converse ............ but cheaper!

My 12 year old dd would love a pair of Converse baseball boots but I really can't justify spending £35+ on a 'fashion' product for her. Please could anyone recommend a similar type of boot (red or blue, preferably) in a size 5-6 at a reduced price? Many thanks.

Ebay? Most shoe shops and fashion shops will sell baseball boots / shoes. The thing will be if she is happy to accept a pair without that sacred star on the side of them!

You could always guilt her out of wanting a pair by telling her they are made in sweatshops by children younger than her? My friends say this to me all the time as I have a bit of an addiction to them (but all have been bought abroad for not much money..) I really do feel guilty wearing them but I also really love them!

Have you tried the schuh or office outlet on ebay, you can sometimes get a bargain there.

T K Maxx sometimes have converse in and John Lewis had some on sale in shop last week, cute black ones with stars.

Brandalley have converse boots for £25 at the moment here. Not much cheaper but just thought I'd let you know.
