Bedlinen for little girls

Millie1 · 19/02/2011 15:20

Any ideas where to look for nice, little girls' bedlinen please? Have checked out the usual suspects - John Lewis, Marks, Next & Laura Ashley. So far, this is the only set which appeals. Curtains are a pink gingham check from Laura Ashley and we won't be changing them although we will be redecorating the room so I pretty much have a blank canvas as long as I can pull the curtains in. I do want to get two sets of bedlinen so need to be able to link it all up. Oh, furniture will be a cream painted look.

Over to you!! Thanks Grin

I like the white company because it's usually quite plain with a little of what they like, mermaids, cinderella etc without it being in your face and it washes beautifully.
We have some that is 9 years old and still white as white can be.
There's a 20% off code floating around too.

Little white for us too.
Great quality and one of the only places that does doubles.
Each year the designs change but they all still co-ordinate to a degree with the previous year's.

Keep coming back to this - it's lovely.

Guess I need to get my head around colours for their room. Any suggestions please? White/cream walls seem a bit bland. It's hot-tish pink at the moment (more by accident than by design but one wall has to be replastered hence the opportunity to redecorate!). Cream beds/furniture. Pink-check gingham curtains here. Anyone fancy doing some decorating? Paint, not paper though would consider a border, if not too naff, to break it up a bit! Girls are coming 3, BTW.

Love that bedding for the White Company Millie1.

How about some of those large stickers/decals you can get? Try here

Meggles76 · 19/02/2011 18:09

DS has some lovely bedding from Peacock Blue. It has washed extremely well

moragbellingham · 19/02/2011 18:46

I don't think you'll regret not buying the fairy garden!

moragbellingham · 19/02/2011 18:47

Confused - I mean, they will love it as much as you do because of the fairies IME.

Clure · 19/02/2011 19:06

I'm also accesorising DD's bedroom as it's pale pink walls and neutral curtains with these
