Tea dresses again - what to wear on my feet?

I've just ordered this dress which I'm really pleased with but what do I wear on my feet with it? In the summer I'd go for Converse or flipflops but what about this time of year? Knee high boots feel a bit formal and I'm not sure what else would go. Any ideas?

Chunky boots or ballet pumps. or if you're uber fashionable some of those ugly brogues that I have turned my nose up at so often but now suddenly want. How does that dislike/familiarity/like thing happen?

That's fab thanks, haven't got any biker boots at the moment but would love a pair so will keep my eyes open, in the meantime ballet pumps it is :)
