Cheaper alternatives to Toast harem trousers?

I am after a pair of harem trousers like these ones from Toast, as I like the fact that they aren't too nappyish, have a roll over waistband and that they are navy. £75 is more than I want to spend, ideally around the £30 mark or less. Has anyone seen any that are comparable?
