what shoes with flares?

For both a smarter look and a casual look? I have converse so I think they'd be ok casual but what about a smarter look?

I think wedges look great with flares.

Are you talking about flared jeans?
If so,high wedge ,open-toed espadrilles with a white peasant blouse is a lovely look for spring/summer.
For a smarter look something with a wooden stack heel is nice.
