yes, have gone right off boden, but used it plus a discount code to get dd a new swimsuit for about £6.

I think I will ring and complain - feeling in the humour for it! On the other main thread one of the posters who didnt receive a letter did so and they credited her account with £15 - its certainly worth a try!

kerstina - does it say they need to verify? It is supposed to be "no strings attached". I used mine yesterday and it came up with just 10% off but said they would verify the code etc. Received a despatch notice today still saying the charge was £50.15 (should have been £14 as I had credit on my account as well as the voucher). When I called customer services they explained that basically the system was crap! And that I had only been charged the lesser amount.

If in doubt, call customer services to order the item and give them your voucher code.

katy1katy - I really like that denim jacket and there seems to be a fair few around this season in other stores. Just not sure if it would work for me. Would you mind reporting back once you have received it?

I just got one in the post today and am wondering what to buy... what are the Breton tops like fit-wise? On the model it looks a bit baggy and I prefer them to be more fitted.

i used it with the £25 off for the hideously expensive leather biker jacket. really it should be made of johnny's own skin for that price.

If it is not the most perfect garment ever is going straight back, although all the reviews complain it has long arms and boxy body which sounds just like me so I have hopes.

I got mine yesterday after scouring the website I don't see anything I like in the Spring collection. It all seems rather blah.

Kerstina - did they contact you to say that it wouldn't work on clearance or would it just not accept it at the checkout? I have ordered from Clearance using it and it has gone through, but it did say on the confirmation email that they had to check that the voucher was "valid".

Have ordered a clearance cardi plus the chino shorts in plum. The reviews are great on the shorts.
