i know im behind.all talk is of spring clothes and i am just getting round to boots!i want them to be annex and bit more trendy as a new sahm.cant justify ugg price tag and tbh when i tried them on they were not that comfy and felt a bit saggy round the ankles.have looked at emu (still pricey) and rocket dog (cheaper but only seen them on internet).i am sick of making buying errors and ending up with stuff that is not quite right or boring.any help/opinions gratefully received.

Hi - have you tried Bearpaw? TK Maxx sell them at around £35 (but they have been reducing them recently). Similar styles and colours to Uggs. Hope this helps

yep def go with the TK Maxx option i got rocket dogs for £15 so well worth a try... in failing that primark did have them reduced to £2 today but doubt they will have any kind of support at all....suppose it depends on how long you want things to last

Kurt Geiger have their own brand and they're on sale at the moment - there are a few different styles (again similar to UGGs) but sooooo much cheaper!

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. Think I have decided on rocket dogs. Just have to decide between two styles (sugar daddy or puppy something or other). Hope to have a day this week to go shopping without dc for first time in months so plan to come back with some new comfy boots. Then I will need some trendier clothes to go with them...could get expensive Grin

I have had rocket dogs and Uggs for years and they are both lovely. The Uggs are warmer for very very freezing days but the Rocket Dogs are much better in the wet as the soles are thicker and the material seems to be more waterproof.

RD are also much much cheaper. Would definitly recommend. My only tip would be to buy a longer length style as the shorter ones are harder to wear with dresses/skirts.
