Help me find shoes please

I bought this dress in an attempt to be less scruffy (live in jeans and tops). I know its a spring/summer dress but i have no idea what footwear to wear. I dont want heels (well maybe if i was going somewhere) was thinking pumps or something. Please please help me out so that when theres a nice day i can put it on.

Is it the white one with spaghetti straps and splashes of colour on the body? If so, it's gorgeous! I don't think it would need much lifting...a simple wedge in this in-between weather and metallic gladiator sandals in the summer.

I'll try to look for examples of what I mean. What's your budget?
