zeno spot zapper?

Has anyone tried one? DO they work?
Am very spotty atm and need something more efficient than my usual products.

I've just bought one on fleabay. Is anyone else spotty and want me to report back? Or am I the only one with zits!?! :o

DH said it will probably nuke my skin and leave me with worse marks than the actual spots! I do have very sensitive skin, so it is a possibility! :o
