This is happening a lot round my way.
The (ahem) larger ladies are wearing leggings now as trousers, tucked into boots and worn with a short top.
I must have counted ten or twelve people out today like this.
I honestly feel that on anyone over a size 8 that this is not a good look.
The cheaper brands are see-through, like tights. One girl had baggyness around her 'area' and the others had definate camel toes.
Personally feel that leggings look great under long tops, shorter skirts and dresses but really shouldn't be worn instead of jeans/trousers/long skirts.
Am I in the wrong? Or is this fashion now?
I'm not trying to be horrible, but if you're too big for a certain trend (myself and sleevelessness for example) then you should avoid it, despite what the magazines tell you?
