DC2 will be 2 in a couple of months so all the lovely spring gear will be out in full force.
i have bought very few clothes for 2-3 years and wonder what wardrobe of clothing i should buy and how much for the next 9 months or so (will worry about Winter when it happens)?

I'm not good at buy LOTS of stuff - but do want clothes that survive heaps of washing.

Got a couple of summer party dresses already from Trotters in last year's sale Grin.

Any ideas? TIA.

You can also get an extra 20% off at Debenhams (code at the top of the website atm)

cotton/jersey summer dress

stripy summer dress

I also get quite a lot of stuff in Sainsbury's. They do have an inordinate amount of crap, but in between that there is some good stuff

Happy shopping Smile

I just got 2 yr old dd a load of nice tops and leggings at Sainsbury's, tops for £3 ish that look great and will wash well. I love Sainsbo's for her.

i'm back and thrilled to see all your replies, thanks so much.

Pukey thanks for suggestions and yes was just thinking about potty training the other day so leggings in abudnance and won't make the same mistake of a poppered vests for a 2 year old (hopeless on DC1)!! ref: colours, i love blue, green, red, yellows on her but generally steer clear of anything overly pink and very very girly!!

Crazy that Gap dress is utterly adorable and on my shopping list!

Carolina i love the style of JoJoMaman but never understood why they restrict their girls clothes to, what seems like, 4 shades of pink and purple. Where can i buy Obaibi? Mothercare stocked it a few years ago but discontinued it - i had no idea it was still available - for some reason i thought it was "their" label?!

Crisy love the selection at Debenhams - thank you. Have always loved Vertbaudet but find their customer service rather trying!

Keep 'em coming - thanks everyone Smile
