Where would I buy a tea dress?

I fancy expanding my wardrobe a bit and wondered about trying tea dresses - people often mention them on here and they sound lovely. Where is good but not too pricey to buy them? Not sure about vintage as I'm unsure of sizing.

Thanks :)

Order tonight (as last day of sale) and you could get a very vintage styled tea dress from Brora for £45. I have very small boobs and know it would great on me if only I could justify spending the cash. So please order it just so I can dress vicariously through you-I think it is a perfect tea dress!

I love it so much I am now feeling v jealous, tell me you hate it and you won't be buying it.
Sorry, how rude

I have that Brora tea dress. It is nice, excellent quality of course, and a bargain. However, it's quite long, comes just below the knee on me, I'm 5"4, and the V neck is very low, and I'd need to wear a vest under it.

I have the plain cranberry colour dress from Brora, also vastly reduced in the sale, and I love it. So stylish, I get so many compliments when I wear it. Not really a tea dress though.

Thanks for the link, hadn't seen that thread. Lots of good ideas there.

The Brora one looks lovely too but not available in my size in the colour I like :(

Can feel a shopping trip coming on though and a dress would make me feel lovely and girly for a change!

Celery, stop it I wanted to know it looked hideous, now I want it all the more! I also really like the cranberry one the waist detail looks sooo nice.

vanilla - I went and tried the Brora one on and i wasn't convinced by it, that was party as they only had the cinnamon and plum colourred one left and the colourway is v different from how it looks on the website and it quite beigey and also the fabric wasn't what i was expecting at all it is kind of a roughish wool blend i was sort of expecting it to be smoother.

Monsoon and Monsoon Fusion have some too.
