What do I buy to rid myself of my spotty chest?

I have always had greasy skin but relatively recently my chest has been awful with big red spots around my breasts and around my neck-line. It's pretty foul.

I'm just on the Boots website trying to get myself up to £45 for free postage. What can I buy to get rid of the blighters? I'm already using a scrub several times a week.

I used to use Jason Tea Tree Body Wash, it really worked for me. I used to buy it in my local Health shop, don't know if Boots stock it tho.... Good Luck!

just checked online, it's not in boots but you can get it on amazon and loads of other websites.
