Concealer and something to make me less red

I need a super strength power concealer for my under eye bags. I a really really pale with pink tones in my skin so my bags look blueish.

I also get a bit of a red face sometimes and it looks vile. I don't think I need one of those green bases, maybe just some powder?

Any recommendations?

For both try Vichy Dermablend foundation or concealer.

Clinique do a whole range of what they call "redness solutions" ncl. make up and treatment creams. look online.

I saw Soap and Glory's product here
in Boots as I wandered through. Probably need it but decided to finish off Clarins concealer before I bought more products. (New year eco-drive still strong in Feb). I have horrendous under-eye blue mailbags.

Benefit Erase Paste is good stuff, as is the Bobbi Brown concealer.
