Opinions on this bag for Nursery

DD starts nursery in a couple of months, have read other threads about her needing a bag for her 'stuff'. I want something cute and a bit different. This fits the bill IMO but are there any downsides to it? If so do you have any other recommendations for me?

TIA

If you are after something different, nearly every child at my son's swimming class has that bag.

Honestly any bag will do. Personally I'd go for a little rucksack as they like carrying it themselves. I picked up a really cute one for a fiver from our local shop.

Lol

Where is she going to nursery?

It will be kicked around the floor, full of weey clothes etc etc

I have never heard of anyone giving serious thought to a bag for nursery. Just use one that you have.

I think, like llareggub, a little rucksack with decent shoulder straps, would be far better.

Didn't intend to sound mean.

Space is limited in most nurseries. Hanging hook and zip is best. Small - something that isn't precious in any way.

Really no need to buy a new bag. You will have one that will do.

It will be filled with soiled clothes and grasped by paint and food covered fingers. it will fall on the floor and be used as a football.

Our nursery has asked parents not to use drawstring bags as the long cords may be a strangulation hazard (following a case somewhere where a child died).

Might be worth checking before deciding.

DS uses a little rucksack we gor free from Vertbaudet.

Knew you'd all come up with practical advise...I don't have a bag at all...she's only 7 months so never had any call for one. But will save £15 and buy a cheapo rucksack then!

Thankyou!
