High-end cosmetics- anyone know if they refund due to skin reactions?

If you have been followin gmy posts at all you will know that I have bought a new foundation due to Clinique discontinuing the shade I use.

I bought some Laura Mercier yesterday- it's okay, BUT something in ti makes my eyes water.

Do you think they would refund? I got it at John Lewis. it cost £41.

I think they probably would yes. I have taken cosmetics back for various reasons and never had a problem.

Definitely they should. JL pride themselves on customer service for issues like that.
