I've got Derwent but they are let's say, solid. Grip really well in snow and get a hammering with dog walking and allotment.

I've got Tack, very comfy, yes probably bulkier than normal wellies. But I will never go back.

Warm in snow even with the thinnest socks. I have Derwent. They measure small, FYI.

thanks- think i am a 7.5. 8 hunters huge- 7 ok with thin socks- should i go 7 or 8? more 7 than 8 in normal shoes.

My feet are a normal 6 and Muck Boots 6 are snug for me.

With thick socks they'd be too snug. If I were you, I'd go for the 8. They'll look massive but the 2.5/3mm neoprene makes them look so. Because the top half is neoprene, they are not as heavy as they look. The soles are chunkier due to extra insulation. I used to them get around on a lot of thick ice this winter and the grip was good.

thanks all- i want them as i want 1 pair of wet/snow/mucky boots but a good pair. The HUNTERS were bloody freezing only out for half an hour!
